On-site Medical Staff – Registered Nurse
Everyone deserves expert care in their senior years. At Brightondale Senior Campus in New Brighton, MN, we offer Apartment Living for 62+, Assisted Living, Dementia Care and Respite/Short Stay for our residents, all with expert care available. At every stage of senior life, you may need different levels of care. Our Brightondale senior campus has an on-site medical staff and registered nurse. Providing excellent clinical and personal care for our senior residents is our mission.
Our registered nurse and on-site medical staff provide assessment for residents moving into our Assisted Living and Dementia Care units. We carefully assess home, clinical and personal care needs for each individual before move-in and monitor care needs routinely. Our medical staff completes resident care plans and monitors medications and other health regimens as needed.

Brightondale has Resident Assistants on-staff 24-hours a day to provide personal senior care services for our 62 and up living community. Our on-site home care services for our residents may include:

Brightondale’s Reflections Dementia Care Program has Resident Assistants and aides specially trained to provide the specific care needed for those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

Physical Therapy
Advanced physical therapy services are available on-site at Brightondale in New Brighton to provide rehabilitation for our full-time 62+ senior residents, Assisted Living residents, and respite and short-stay guests.
Physician Partners
Brightondale medical staff, nurses and aides work with our physician partners who offer medical assistance on determining the best care options and services for our senior residents.
Hospice
Our medical staff at Brightondale in New Brighton works with third-party Medicare Certified Hospice to provide exceptional care for our residents in our Assisted Living community.
